Our service includes some core functions , which
contain the functions necessary to realize the service. We may collect, save
and use the following information about you to achieve these functions. If you
do not provide relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy the services
we provide. These features include:
（1）联影云账户注册与登录/Account Registration and Login
为方便您登录和使用联影云，您应首先注册一个联影云账户，注册需要您提供手机号码或邮箱、预计使用的登录密码。我们将通过发送验证码的方式来验证您的身份是否有效。登录后，您可以在【个人中心】里补充或修改您的账户信息，账户信息包括手机号码、邮箱、姓名、性别、生日、头像、地址。您补充的账户信息将有助于我们为您提供更良好的用户体验，但如果您不提供上述信息，也不会影响您使用联影云的基本功能。
In order to facilitate your login and use of
UIHCloud, you should first register for a UIHCloud account . Registration requires
you to provide your mobile phone number or email address, and the expected
login password . We will verify whether your identity is valid by sending a
verification code. After logging in, you can supplement or modify your account
info in the [Personal Center], account info includes mobile phone number, email
address, name, gender, birthday, profile photo, and address. Your supplementary
account info will help us provide you with a better User Experience , but if
you do not provide the above information, it will not affect your basic
functions of using UIHCloud.
（2）使用医呼百影（包括web端和小程序）/Usage of medical
services (including web and Mini Program)
如果您已经成功注册了联影云账户，即可直接使用医呼百影服务（包括web端和小程序），但如您需浏览或使用“视频教学”、“产品手册”服务，则需要添加管理员微信申请有关权限，在此过程中我们会获取您的微信号。
If you have successfully registered a UIHCloud
account , you can directly use the medical call Baiying service (including the
web end and Mini Program), but if you need to browse or use the "video
teaching" and "product manual" services, you need to add an
administrator WeChat to apply for relevant permissions , and we will obtain
your WeChat ID during this process.
如您使用医呼百影小程序则可能需要使用您的微信号及微信绑定的手机号码以完成登录小程序的步骤；或您可以使用联影云账户登录医呼百影小程序。
If you use the Medical Call Baiying Mini Program,
you may need to use your WeChat ID and WeChat-bound mobile phone number to
complete the steps of logging in to the Mini Program; or you can use your
UIHCloud account to log in to the Medical Call Baiying Mini Program.
关于医呼百影收集、使用您个人信息的具体规则，请详见医呼百影的产品隐私政策。
For the specific rules on the collection and use of
your personal information, please refer to the Product Privacy Policy of Yihu
Baiying.
（3）使用设备管理服务（包括医呼百影小程序中的设备管家）/Use of Facility Management Services (including
Equipment Butler in the Mini Program)
如果您需要在Web端使用“设备管理”服务，则需成功注册联影云账户，并且您所属机构已订阅“设备管理”服务，便可直接使用该服务（包括Web端和小程序）。若您所属机构未订阅“设备管理”服务，您需联系所属机构管理员前往联影云系统中订阅“设备管理”。
If you need to use the "Facility
Management" service on the web, you need to successfully register for a
UIHCloud account , and your institution has subscribed to the "Facility
Management" service, you can use the service directly (including the web
terminal and Mini Program). If your institution does not subscribe to the
"Facility Management" service, you need to contact the administrator
of your institution to go to the UIHCloud system to subscribe to "Facility
Management".
如您需要在移动端使用“设备管家”服务，则需要使用您的微信号及微信绑定的手机号码以完成登录“医呼百影”小程序的步骤；或您可以使用联影云账户登录“医呼百影”小程序。登录后，若您所属机构已订阅“设备管家”服务，便可直接使用该服务。若您所属机构未订阅“设备管家”服务，点击后系统会提示添加联影云管理员微信，申请有关权限。在此过程中我们会获取您的所属机构名称、姓名、手机号、微信号、工作证件或其他能够证明您从属于该机构工作的证明文件照片和信息用于权限认证。
If you need to use the "Device Butler"
service on the mobile end, you need to use your WeChat ID and the mobile phone
number bound to WeChat to complete the steps of logging in to the "Medical
Call Baiying" Mini Program; or you can log in to the "Medical Call
Baiying" Mini Program using your UIHCloud account . After logging in, if
your institution has subscribed to the "Device Butler" service, you
can use the service directly. If your institution does not subscribe to the
"Device Manager" service, after clicking, the system will prompt you
to add the UIHCloud Administrator WeChat and apply for relevant permissions .
During this process, we will obtain your institution name, name, mobile phone
number, WeChat ID, work ID or other supporting documents photos and information
that can prove that you belong to the institution for permission
authentication.

（4）使用其他特定产品或服务/Use of other specific products or services
除医呼百影、设备管理服务外，联影云还会为您提供某些其他特定产品或服务，通常使用相关产品/服务并不需要您提供更多的个人信息。但某些特定服务出于验证您身份的需要，可能会通过在线注册表单通知您还需要提供哪些信息，以及哪些信息是必要或可选的。如果您适用上述在线注册表单，您可能需要提供您的身份证明（包括但不限于姓名/名称、医师资格证编号、专业技术资格证/职称证、医师执业证、医疗机构经营许可证等、院内编码）、出生年月、年龄、邮箱、手机号码、工作单位、联系地址及其他联系方式。
In addition to Healthcare Baiying and Facility
Management services, UIHCloud will also provide you with some other specific
products or services. Usually, the use of related products/services does not
require you to provide more personal information. However, for the purpose of
verifying your identity, some specific services may notify you of what
information you need to provide and what information is necessary or optional
through the online regedit form. If you apply the above online regedit form,
you may need to provide your identification (including but not limited to
name/title, physician qualification certificate number, professional and
technical qualification certificate/title certificate, physician practice
certificate, medical institution operation license , etc., hospital code), date
of birth, age, email address, mobile phone number, workplace, contact address
and other contact information.
我们承诺使用该等信息的目的仅为实现上述特定服务或功能，并在收集以上个人信息时事先征求您的明确同意或授权。如果您已注册联影云账户，且仅需要使用浏览、搜索等基本服务，则不需要注册或提供上述信息。
We promise that the purpose of using such
information is only to achieve the specific services or functions mentioned

collecting the above personal information. If you have registered for a United
Shadow Cloud account and only need to use basic services such as browsing and
search, you do not need to register or provide the above information.

information, you should provide your true, correct, up-to-date and complete
information in the regedit form, and timely update the registration
information, please ensure that there are no errors, inaccuracies, outdated,

In order to provide you with a more secure and
efficient network environment and convenient services, including providing more
efficient search methods or optimizing service content recommendations,
UIHCloud may collect and process the following information:
（1）与您设备或SIM卡相关的信息，包括设备制造商信息和型号名称、网络运营商和电信运营商、浏览器和操作系统类型、屏幕分辨率、移动设备类型和标识、以及硬件基础配置信息和使用相关信息；

including device manufacturer information and model name, network operator and
telecom operator, browser and operating system type, screen resolution , mobile
device type and identity, and hardware base configuration information and usage

（2）日志信息：与您使用本网站相关功能及浏览信息有关的日志信息，包括网络请求信息、标准系统日志、错误故障信息、使用服务的活动时间、浏览记录、软件使用记录、产品手册、视频或直播的点击记录、搜索记录；
